RC3 provides marketing and communications services primarily to small businesses, personalized to meet their needs and budget limitations. Our entertainment division represents select artists, bands, and music organizations. We provide a variety of services to the music community, including marketing and publicity, web design, booking, merchandising, digital photography, and special event planning.
The RC3 Entertainment Division was established in 2004, when Laura Richter served as the Managing Agent for City Limits Band, one of the top performing country groups in central Illinois. During her tenure with CLB, Laura developed the band’s marketing plan; expanded their touring region from one to six states; redesigned and retooled their website; established their MySpace and Internet presence; created their email distribution list; managed their merchandising; coordinated all publicity; and served as their digital photographer. When CLB disbanded in 2007, Laura partnered with several select bands to assist and support their own individual marketing efforts.
Utilizing her years of special event planning, Laura has coordinated several music events in the central Illinois area, including CLB’s Fan Appreciation Party; the highly successful Sangamon County Crossroads concerts; and Fans & Friends for St. Jude Celebration of Hope, bringing together the local music community to raise awareness and funding for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
